Gates Chili (NY) senior attackman Matt Martin has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Eastern University.

What will you major in/study? Accounting and Finance
Why did you choose Eastern? “I chose Eastern University because I felt it was a great fit for me. The size of the campus is exactly what I was looking for. The staff/coaches are very supportive of their students/athletes. Finally, I believe Eastern provides a great environment for learning and growth.”
Outlook for your high school team? “As far as this coming season, I believe we will be competitive within our division. I am looking forward to enjoying my senior year.”
Additional Comments: “First off, I would like to thank my parents, Terry and Kimberly Martin, for all their support throughout the years and traveling to numerous tournaments in the northeastern states. I would also like to thank my high school lacrosse coaches Mark Sweeney, Jake Johnson, and Andy Hilton.
