Why did you choose school? “Florida Southern has such an inviting and enriching atmosphere. With great academics and a helpful staff, the school stood out among others as an amazing place of learning. As well, the campus and weather is beautiful. Coach (Kara) Reber was also a major influence on my decision. Even with the team being so new (playing its first year of lacrosse this spring), her uplifting attitude and promising coaching ability solidified my decision that it was somewhere I could grow as both a student and a player.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next year? “With most of of key players returning, we have the potential to play hard and win our league title again, while also working towards States.”
Other comments: “I want to give a special thank you to Coach (Dee) Cross for encouraging my decision to play lacrosse at a collegiate level and for helping me through the recruiting process. My club team also helped very much. Also, thank you to my parents for all of their support through everything.”
