Offering top flight NLL-style lacrosse instructional leagues to players in Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Lehigh counties, as well as Philadelphia, American Indoor Lacrosse has Winter youth leagues are forming now at The Factory in King of Prussia and Bucksmont Indoor Sports Center, Hatfield, PA. American Indoor Lacrosse Association (AILA) is spearheading the indoor lacrosse phenomenon of blending the skill sets formed by these two versions of the sport. With lacrosse icons leading the way, local Philadelphia players can expect to be one step ahead of the trend. AILA president/CEO, Johnny Mouradian (GM/Head Coach of NLL Philadelphia Wings, Canadian Hall of Famer, GM – Canadian National Team) has engaged professionals such as Canadian, Kevin Crowley and Philly native Steve Holmes (Germantown Academy alum).

Club tryouts
Rebel Elite U-15 Travel Team tryouts, Saturday, Dec. 3 from 2-4 PM at SMG Sportsplex 654 York Rd. Warminster, PA, 18974. Players in grades 6 through current 8th are invited to attend the tryouts for the inaugural team. There will be only one competitive team comprised of a maximum of 24 players. Coaching staff will be comprised of current Rebel U-19 staff: Harry Sankey – Rebel Elite Head Coach; Ryan Sankey – Former Cabrini College player; Harry Sankey Jr. – Former Widener University two year captain; Joey Sankey – two time All-American, Under Armour All-American, two time All-State and All League selection.
There will be a $25 tryout fee. Space is limited. Pre registration checks can be sent to:

Elite Training’s Pre-Season Lacrosse Speed, Strength and Conditioning Camp. Next Session: January 5-March 3
Time: Thursday 7-8 pm, Saturday, 2:30-3:30pm; 4 North Warner Ave. Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
Target age: Boys and girls that are currently in 6th to 12th grades. Lacrosse specific Strength, Speed and Conditioning Training Camp will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training and injury prevention.

Clinics
Old School Lacrosse Winter Lacrosse Training starts Dec 4th at the Phelps School Indoor Field house, Malvern. December 4th will be an evaluation date. Following evaluation you will be notified of what session to attend. Sessions will be broken down by skill level. Dates are Dec, 4, 11, 18, Jan. 8,15,22,29, Feb. 5,12. Sessions are either Session #1- 3:30-5pm or Session #2 -5-6:30pm. Fee: $400 (Only “30” spots available for each session).
Old School Winter Lacrosse Training will give you the tools needed to prepare yourself for the up-coming season. Training will consist of Stick Skills, Offensive/Defensive, Strategies/Positioning, controlled scrimmages and more.
Players need to bring: full lacrosse equipment, mouth guard, cleats, running shoes, sweat top and bottom, shorts, t-shirt, reversible practice tank-top. For more information: oslacrosse.com
Old School Lacrosse Pre-Season Combine, December 28-30, from 9am-3pm with an hour for lunch, at The Phelps School Indoor Field house, Malvern. Fee: $300 (Only “40” spaces available).
This fast paced, intense Pre-Season combine will separate you from the competition. The Combine will offer Stick Skills, Speed and Conditioning, Offensive/Defensive Strategies/Positioning, Plyometrics, Weight room workouts, Agility Training, College Recruiting Information/Preparation Awareness.
