Haverford School continued its hold on the No. 1 spot in the All Schools division of the PA Media Boys’ Lacrosse Rankings released today.

The Fords, who won the Inter-Ac Invitational Wednesday with a dramatic 5-4 win over Malvern Prep, received all nine first-place votes in the All-Schools poll and had 90 points.

Conestoga (21-1), which won its third straight District 1 tourney, continued to hold the top spot in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) division. The Pioneers had all nine first-place votes and 90 points in the PIAA poll.

Each week a panel of journalists from around the state and the Mid-Atlantic region will rank the top teams. The panel includes Chris Goldberg of Phillylacrosse.com, Jimmy Oliver of LaxPower, Brett Manney of ESPN RISE, Dennis C. Way of the Norristown Times Herald, Scott Johnston of the Lehigh Valley Press, Rick Woelfel of the Doylestown Intelligencer, Karen Sangillo of the Bucks County Courier Times, Matt Breen of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Matthew Blymier of the Lancaster Intelligencer.
