Mojica was a Second Team Central League pick this year, helping the Cougars (11-8) advance to the District 1 tournament. Mojica was a key member of Springfield-Delco’s Central League champions in 2010 and also earned a spot on Team Philly in the Under Armour Underclassmen Games.

Marquette is moving up from the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) Division I level to NCAA Division status for the 2013 season and will join the BIG EAST Conference in 2014.

Marquette hired Hofstra top assistant Joe Amplo as its first head coach. Mojica’s older brother, Adam Mojica, was a key contributor for Hofstra this year as a senior.
