La Salle senior midfielder Alex Lynn has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Widener University.
Lynn was a contributor on an Explorers team that finished 14-6 and reached the championship game of the Catholic League.
Lynn, who played club lacrosse for LB3, is undecided on a major but is leaning toward Business.
“I chose Widener because I felt really comfortable on my overnight visit,’ he said. “I knew I could see myself going there and I had a good time.”
Widener, under coach Jamie Lockard, won its 13th Middle Atlantic Conference championship this year, finishing 15-3 overall and advancing to the NCAA tournament where it fell to Cabrini College in the first round.
