Downingtown East senior midfielder Steve Adams has committed to play Division III lacrosse at St. Mary’s College (MD).

Major lacrosse honors: Tri-State Senior A Division Champions, Evolution Games Champions, All Ches-Mont Honorable Mention
What will you major in/study: Biology/Pre-Medicine
Why did you choose school: “I loved the location and campus when I stayed for my overnight at St. Mary’s. Coach (Chris) Hasbrouck seems to be leading his team in the right direction and he seems like a great coach to play for.”
Outlook for your high school team: “We have many determined seniors this year, as well as a strong group of young players gaining experience. We should be strong contenders for the Ches-Mont championship, and have a good run in the State Playoffs.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my parents for helping in the recruitment/decision process and Coach (Todd) Cliggett for his generous recommendation letter, as well as the rest of the Downingtown East coaching staff.”
