The Great Valley boys’ lacrosse team recently gave holiday cheer to families in need by participating in the “Holiday Gift Giving” program run by Great Valley High School PTO.

The event was held at Exton Mall. In all, five families were helped and $600 was donated by the Great Valley player families for the gifts.
Fifteen team members shopped for and gift wrapped presents, all off of a wish list for local families that are going through some tough times.
“I can speak for my entire team by saying that by doing this it reminded us how lucky we really are,” said Great Valley junior midfielder Noah Joseph. “I am very proud to say that I play for the Great Valley Lacrosse team.
“It is important to help in our local community because it helps all the players realize how lucky we are.”
