Four seniors girls at Bishop Shanahan have signed national Letters of Intent to play either Division I or Division II lacrosse.

The Division I recruits include Casey Briglia (Duquesne), Hannah Goforth (Villanova) and Colleen Holmes (Long Island Univ.). Leah Peppelman has signed with Division II Lock Haven.
Goforth (midfielder) had 42 goals last year and earned First Team Ches-Mont League honors. Peppelman, a defender, was an Honorable mention pick. Briglia is a midfielder and Holmes plays attack and midfield. The four helped the Eagles advance to the District 1 tournament and earn the distinction of being named Pennsylvania Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association’s Most Improved Team for 2010.
