The Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League (NLL) return to television for the 25th Anniversary season. Four home games and one away game will be televised on The Comcast Network in January and February.

The five telecasts will be presented by Wings L.P in partnership with five Philadelphia lacrosse non-profit agencies: Checking for Cancer, Philadelphia Lacrosse Association, Laxers 4 Life, Great Guys Group and Cuddle My Kids. The partnerships were made to build awareness for the organizations.

Color commentary for all telecasts will be provided by former Wings standout Scott Gabrielsen partnered with longtime NLL play-by-play commentator Joe Heyer. Gabrielsen is co-founder of Cuddle My Kids, an a home-based non-profit that assists children directly affected by cancer.

“Twenty-five years of indoor lacrosse in Philadelphia is a tremendous milestone for our organization,” said Wings Co-Owner Russ Cline. “We are extremely fortunate and excited to partner with each of the non-profit organizations to bring our celebration to homes through The Comcast Network.”
