The Benjamin Rush Society is hosting a special presentation of the Cruisin’ Not Boozin’ (CNB) program at Bryn Mawr Rehab Hospital on Thursday, Oct. 20.

The event – the Conference Room 1-4 – begins with a light dinner at 6:30 p.m. The educational presentation follows at 7 p.m. for one hour.

Car crashes remain the No. 1 killer of teenagers in the United States, with most caused by impaired or distracted drivers. The CNB is a must-see program for the
teenagers and young adults in your life, bringing them face-to-face with the effects of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or distracted by cell phones or friends in the car.

The speaker will candidly discuss the personal account of their accident, prolonged recovery and the life changing consequences of their decision to drive while impaired or distracted. Please register for this special outreach event and help to educate and empower the young person in your life to make the right decisions.

Recommended ages are 12-20, and their parents.

To register for this event or for any questions please call 484-596-5614.

Parking is available in Parking Lot B-“Administrative Lot”. After entering the hospital from Paoli Pike, go left at the first stop sign into the parking lot. Enter double doors and you will see the entrance to Conference Room 1-4.
