Brittany Dashiell scored four goals and Ashley Bruns added two goals and four assists as visiting Florida routed La Salle, 15-5, today, giving Gators coach Many O’Leary a victorious homecoming on the field she played on as a college All-American.
The game was moved to Temple’s Geasey Field due to the poor weather conditions of the past few weeks. O’Leary, a Spring-Ford graduate, was a two-time All-American in lacrosse and led the Owls’ lacrosse team to a 19-0 record and the national championship in 1988.
