Black Bear/ WC Lacrosse Team Free Clinic Black Bear and West Chester Lacrosse have teamed up to present a FREE boys clinic at Kelly’s Field on Saturday, September 18 from 1-5pm.
8-12 year old boys are from 1-3pm; 13-17 year olds are from 3-5pm.

Penn Premier Boys Training – skill sessions, 5:00 To 6:30, Dodging, Shooting, 1 vs 1, Defense, Conditioning, goalie training, Four Sundays starting Sept. 19
P.T. Ricci’s Prime Time Lax Clinic by 380 Lacrosse, Sunday, Sept. 19, 1-4 p.m. at the 422 Sportsplex, 1400 Industrial Highway, Pottstown. Fifty kids will be accepted (25 D-poles, and 25 short sticks). Players will spend the first hour working on technique and individual skills, the second hour participating in small sided concept drills (ex 4v3) and the last hour scrimmaging and playing game like situations. Defensive players will be coached by P.T. Ricci (Loyola, Conestoga) of the MLL champion Chesapeake Bayhawks and the offensive drills will be run by Ben Hunt (UNC), also of the MLL Bayhawks.

University of Delaware Sunday youth clinics, headed by Delaware coach Bob Shillinglaw, two-time national coach of the year. The clinics begin Sept. 19 and continue on Sept. 26, Oct. 3, and Oct. 10.
The clinics will consist of skill instruction followed by competitive games for boys in grades 4-12 each Sunday between 12-2 p.m. The instruction and games will be at UD’s turf practice fields adjacent to Delaware Stadium and the grass fields behind the outdoor pool. Proceeds support the UD men’s lacrosse program and the cost of the four-week program is $100. Registrations are being accepted online (www.udel.edu/laxgames) now through September 19. The cost is $100 for the four Sundays and payment may be made by check or credit card. Checks must be received by September 18.
Black Bear Free Clinic in Montgomery County, at the Spring Ford High School on Sunday, September 26. 8 – 12 year old boys are from 10 – 11:30 am; 13 – 17 year old boys will be from 11:30 – 1pm.

2010 Fall Girls Lacrosse Skill Sessions by United Sports. A 6-week skills sessions for beginner and intermediate girls lacrosse players (elementary and middle school age players). The purpose is to help players learn, review, and master the fundamentals of lacrosse while learning to love the game at an early age. Sessions will focus on catching and throwing, cradling, groundballs, 1v1 defense, and shooting as well as incorporate game play.
Dates: Sundays 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17

University of Delaware women’s lacrosse coaching staff 5v5 Clinic, Saturday, Sept. 25, 12-4 p.m. (registration begins at 11 a.m.) on the new turf fields located behind Delaware Stadium on South College Avenue.
New Blue Hen head coach Kateri Linville, assistant coach Kristin Hopson, and current members of the UD squad will serve as instructors for the clinic, which is geared to high school-aged varsity level lacrosse players. Following the one-hour clinic, teams will play in a round robin tournament and compete for the Delaware Lacrosse 5v5 championship. The clinic is open to high school girls in grades 9-12. Varsity playing experience is recommended.

2010 Fall Girls Lacrosse Shooting Clinic, September 26. This 2 hour shooting clinic will focus on shooting techniques to improve power, accuracy and shooting with non-dominant hand. Instruction will be provided by Brooke Crawford Record as well as current collegiate attackers.
Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced
