Under Armour Underclassmen Games update: Philly girls claim 5th, boys fall in 5th-place consolation

The Philly girls’ team finished strong today by closing with two wins, including a 10-9 victory over New Jersey in the fifth-place game.

Philly (2-2 overall) had defeated New England, 13-8, in the final game of pool play this morning.

The Philly boys’ team fell to Washington, D.C., 10-6, in the fifth-place consolation game. Philly went 1-3 overall, defeating New England, 13-7, in the final pool play contest.
