Momentum Lacrosse will be holding High School and Middle School Skills Tune Ups next month at Ampro Fieldhouse in Clifton Heights, Delaware County.
The tune-up sessions will be held on three Sundays, Jan. 9, Jan. 16 and Jan. 23. The high school sessions are from 3-4:30 p.m. and the middle school sessions are from 4:30-6. Each session costs $40.

The high school tune up series is set up for the player that wants to advance skills and prepare for the lacrosse season. This is a high paced skills, drills and agilities style clinic.
The middle school clinic series will provide specific coaching to each individual, focusing on developing stickwork, small game skills and knowledge. Instruction comes from some of the top college coaches in the area.
All clinics will be held at: Ampro Fieldhouse, 30 Bunting Ln., Clifton Heights, PA.
The lead instructor is Michele DeJuliis, assistant coach at Princeton University and for Team USA. DeJuliis also was the team captain for the 2009 USA World Cup championship team, the 2008 Prague Tour Team Captain and a four-tome All American
