Holy Ghost Prep senior goalie Andrijko Andrusko has signed a National Letter of Intent to play Division I lacrosse at Lafayette College.
Andrusko, an honors student, helped the Firebirds (11-8) advance to the District 1 playoffs in 2010. In 2009

Andrusko was selected to play at the Inaugural Eastern Pennsylvania Scholastic Lacrosse Association Showcase and named an Honorable Mention All-Phillylacrosse.com pick.
“I chose Lafayette because it is close to home,” said Andrusko, “and the great repuatation of their academics.”
Andrusko plans to major in a branch of engineering, although he is not sure which one yet.
Lafayette coach Terry Mangan was named the 2010 Patriot League Coach of the Year after leading the Leopards to an 8-6 season that included a 6-0 start. For much of the year, Lafayette was ranked in the USILA Top 20.
“I look forward to playing for (Coach Mangan) and Lafayette for the next four years,” said Andrusko. “The players are a great group of guys.”
“I am very excited to be given the chance to play at a very competitive Division I school. I am looking forward to the whole Division I experience.”
Andrusko played club lacrosse for the Duke’s Lacrosse Club.
