Downingtown East’s Emily Solenberger and Radnor’s Leah Gallagher have been listed among the top 20 senior attack players in the nation by ESPN RISE in its weekly “On the RISE’ feature.
Solenberger is the No. 12 player at attack while Gallagher is No. 14.
Solenberger, who has committed to Lehigh, scored 93 goals last year. She helped the Cougars place fifth in the District 1 tournament and advance to the state quarterfinals.
Gallagher, who has committed to Notre Dame, was a key player for the Red Raiders in their drive to a second straight Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association championship.
Also at No. 20 is Penn recruit Christina Gambino of St. Anthony’s in Melville, N.Y.
