Kaite Lee has been promoted to the post of interim head coach for the Chestnut Hill College women’s lacrosse team.

Lee served as the assistant coach under Lesley Graham during the 2010 season when the Griffins finished 6-11 overall and 4-8 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC).

Lee had a brilliant playing career at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she was an All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) First Team goalkeeper and a three-year captain for the Crimson Hawks. Lee’s achievements include the NCAA Division II career saves (961) record. She also ranks third nationally in minutes played (3,591) while tying the single-game save record with 33 saves against Lock Haven University in 2007.

Lee graduated from IUP in 2009 with a master’s degree in sports studies and a bachelor’s degree in sports administration.
