Two more rising senior Philadelphia girls have made verbal commitments to Division I colleges.
Radnor midfielder Ellie Kraus has committed to Vanderbilt and Penn Charter junior midfielder Kellie Ragg has committed to Princeton.
Kraus was one of a standout junior group that led the Red Raiders to the first Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) championship and a 25-1 record in 2009. She collected 30 goals 15 assists, 45 ground balls, 25 draw controls and 10 interceptions and was a member of the Philly team that placed third last month in the Under Armour Underclassmen tournament.
Kraus will join familiar faces at Vanderbilt. Just recently, fellow rising senior Alyssa Dunlap committed to Vanderbilt and two other rising sophomores from Radnor are already at Vanderbilt – Kelly and Kacie Connors.
Ragg was an All-Inter-Ac League pick for the Quakers last year and also earned Academic All-American honors.
