Two Philly members of the Penn State men’s lacrosse team – sophomore midfielders Alex Garrity (Rutledge, Strath Haven) and Colton Vosburgh (Kennett Square, Unionville) – have been named to the ECAC Lacrosse League All-Academic Team.
Garrity had a 3.50 GPA and had three points and 12 groundballs in 14 games. Garrity is an actuarial science major. Vosburgh was fifth on the team in scoring with 17 points, notching 10 goals and seven assists to go with 10 groundballs while posting a 3.50 GPA. He is a business major.
The Nittany Lions ended the year with a 9-5 overall record and were ranked No. 16 in the final USILA Coaches Poll.
