Interboro’s Frampton, Kaut head list of recruits at Neumann

Neumann women’s lacrosse coach Sarah Kurpel announced that two players from Del-Val League champion Interboro head the list of recruits for 2009-10.

Attackers Lauren Frampton and Kate Kaut, who helped the Bucs finish undefeated in the Del-Val and qualify for the Disyrict 1 tournament, will be joined by attack Carla Melendez of Midwood High, N.Y., and midfielder Olivia Speakman of Eastern high, N.J.

Frampton was a first-team All-Del-Val pick, Kauta was a and second-team choice.

Neumann reached the semifinals of the Colonial States Athletic Conference last year.
