La Salle – the first Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) boys’ champion – finished at the top of the final PA Media Lacrosse Rankings.

La Salle (21-4) defeated Conestoga, 7-3, at HersheyPark Stadium for the boys’ PIAA title, giving the Explorers back-to-back state championships. Last year La Salle won the final Keystone Cup crown.

The Lacrosse Media Rankings are chosen by Phillylacrosse.com and six newspapers: the Philadelphia Inquirer, Delaware County Daily Times, Allentown Morning Call, Harrisburg Patriot-News, Lancaster Intelligencer Journal and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
