The dates for the District 1 girls’ lacrosse tournament have been announced, as presented on the District 1 website at http://district-one.net/.
They are as follows:
Round 1 – May 12
Round 2 – May 14
Round 3 – May 16
Semifiinals – May 19. Also, playback games for 5th & 6th place.
Finals – May 21. Also, playback games for 3rd & 4th place, for 5th and 6th place and for 7th place.
Seven teams from District 1 will qualify for the state tournament. The District 1 seeding meeting will be held on Thursday, May 7 at Haverford High School. The dates of the first PIAA State Championship games are: May 26, May 30, June 2, and June 6. The finals will be held at HersheyPark Stadium.
