Six Philadelphia boys were recognized by Inside Lacrosse among its top 50 rising juniors in the country.
Two of the boys – Haverford School attacker Stephen Aitken (No. 19) and Malvern Prep defender Henry Lobb (No. 24) – were listed in the top 25. The other four players, Lower Merion attacker Jordan Wolf, Avon Grove attacker Tim Golder, St. Joseph’s Prep defender Stephen O’Hara and Malvern Prep midfielder Ryan Creighton, were named as honorable mention picks.
Inside Lacrosse noted that Aitken was recognized most for his size and Lobb for his athleticism.
Inside Lacrosse also listed Radnor midfielder Kelyn Freedman as one of the top 25 female rising juniors.
