NXT Sports and Krossover Intelligence have announced an exclusive partnership in which Krossover will provide its video and analytics platform for all Showcase Lacrosse events in 2011.
NXT Sports’ Showcase Lacrosse Division runs several of the premier lacrosse events in the nation, including the Philly Boys’ Showcase and Philly Girls Showcase events. Krossover Intelligence is the world leader in providing fully indexed and online video to the sports industry, and its application is unmatched in efficiency and ease of use.
The Philly Showcase recruiting events featured more than 600 of the top boys’ and girls’ players in the Philadelphia region and beyond in three days of lacrosse last November at Episcopal Academy and Cabrini College. Well over 100 college coaches attended the events.
Under the partnership, all games played at Showcase Lacrosse events will be professionally filmed, and the footage uploaded to the Krossover platform. Krossover’s proprietary technology and processes will make it possible for every player to immediately find possessions in which they were involved.
With a few additional clicks, the player can create a personal highlight reel and share it with friends, family, and college coaches. Pursuant to an exclusive partnership arrangement, Showcase Lacrosse events are the only lacrosse recruiting events for which Krossover will provide free access to all participants.
