In 2010 the Conestoga boys’ lacrosse team won the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) championship and finished ranked among the Top 10 in four national publications.
The Pioneers, under coach Brian Samson, finished 24-2 and also claimed their second straight District 1 crown. They finished the year ranked No. 4 by the LaxGuys, No. 5 by LaxPower, and sixth both by Lacrosse Magazine and Under Armour/Inside Lacrosse. they also finished No. 1 in the PA Media Rankings and by Phillylacrosse.com.
