Game Breakers Developmental Lacrosse Program for 4 to 9 year old boys, at Shipley School, Sundays, April 12, 19, 26 & May 3 & 10. Lower Turf Field.
Lil’ Laxers, 10-10:45 a.m., No stick or equipment needed. Boys brand new to lacrosse will be taught the basic fundamentals of the game: scooping, cradling, throwing, catching and shooting using the plastic scoop sticks and balls. BEGINNER STICK SKILLS, 7-9 Year Olds, 11:00am -12:00pm, Please bring your own stick. No equipment needed. This session is for boys who have had minimum exposure to lacrosse, as well

Malvern Prep Spring Lacrosse Clinics, K through 4, geared to the beginner- intermediate player. Our staff will focus on making each day fun surrounded with fundamentals and a positive learning environment. Each player will progress through daily fundamental station work as well positional drills.

Summer Face-off Training
The Philly Face-Off league begins its summer league on June 1st and will hold its session every Tuesday night from 5-6:30, at the Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn. Players from more than 50 high schools and 22 club programs as well as some select middle schools competed during the winter league to practice and train against elite competition on a weekly basis.

Goalie Schools
E20 Elite Goalie School for goalies in the graduation years 2017, 2018 & 2019, run by Brian “Doc” Dougherty and Drew Adams. Twenty goalies from each graduation year will be hand selected by “Doc”, Drew and their staff to attend this invite only overnight camp. The E20 Elite Goalie School will take place on July 6th through July 9th on the beautiful campus of Bryn Athyn College, located just outside of Philadelphia. Players will be housed in brand new suites that include kitchens, washer/dryers and most importantly air conditioning. Goalies will be challenged daily by shots from a select group of top offensive players supplied by E20’s partner the American Indoor Lacrosse Association. The shooters will be invited based on their performance at the AILA’s weeklong box training and outdoor shooting camp, which also takes place at Bryn Athyn College on the same week.
Goalies will receive personal training by some of the best goalies to ever play the game. E20’s staff consists of All-World goalie Dougherty (Chestnut Hill College head coach, Episcopal Academy grad), current USA National Team member, New York Lizards and MLL All Star goaltender Adams (Springfield-Delco, Penn State), former Penn State keeper and First Team All American Austin “Sparky” Kaut and former Maryland’s First Team All American Niko Amato. All four goalies have earned multiple All-American statuses at their respected universities.

The Chapter Challenge™, a youth lacrosse festival for boys and girls on May 2-3 that will features good competition, camaraderie and sportsmanship on the pristine and spacious grounds of the Brandywine Polo Club in Chester County. Support the PLA: The Chapter Challenge™ is pleased to support the Philadelphia Lacrosse Association, the local chapter of US Lacrosse that promotes the game and provides programs and services to members of the lacrosse community in Eastern Pennsylvania.
THE CHALLENGE: As a key component of the “Challenge,” teams can help the PLA in two ways (they are not mandatory but we hope teams will support some worthy objectives): Challenge Partners: Each team is asked to make a contribution to the PLA (this is in addition to the registration fee and will inure entirely to the benefit of the PLA). The team can make the donation itself or arrange for a business or sponsor to make the donation to the PLA as the team’s “Challenge Partner.” Any donation is appreciated. All contributors and Challenge Partners will be recognized for their support on the Chapter Challenge™ and PLA websites and in a press release before and after the event; AND/OR
Stick Donations / HEADstring™ Initiative: Each team is asked to organize a used stick collection drive and to bring/donate the sticks to the event for drop off.
Lower Bucks Lacrosse inaugural Bobblehead Classic, Saturday May 16th at Maple Point Middle School in Langhorne, PA. The event is for boys in grades 1 through 4 and registration is now open. Teams participating in the Bantam Division for grades 1 and 2 will play from 9 AM – 2 PM and the Lightning Division for grades 3 and 4 from 3 PM – 8 PM.
Teams are guaranteed five games, including playoffs, in a championship format.

Liberty Lacrosse Shootout, June 6/7 at the GCVSA Line Road Complex and The Phelps School in Malvern. Over 100 boys’ recreational and club teams and 2500 youth players are expected to participate in one of most popular events of the season. The Shootout is a fun way to punctuate the recreation season. This year, travel clubs are invited to start their 2015 summer campaigns at the Shootout too (club brackets will be organized by graduation year). Your teams are invited to join in the fun, the tradition, and an atmosphere in which the pressure of competition is never more than the pleasure of competition. From the directors of Patriot Lacrosse and Leading Edge Lacrosse, the Jersey Shootout offers a unique competitive advantage for rising sophomores, juniors and seniors, providing exposure earlier than ever before. Over 40 college coaches were in attendance in 2014. The Garden State Showcase is an opportunity for elite players in each of the graduating classes of 2016, 2017 and 2018 to display their talents in a most competitive environment. The 13th Annual Evolution Games on June 27th and 28th is a high school, all-star Recruiting & youth tournament taking place in Downingtown, PA. Teams come from across North America: New Jersey, Maryland, Arizona, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, California, Delaware, Ohio, Utah and Connecticut. Over 50 colleges coaches come out for this weekend to scout some of the talented players in the country. American Revolution Middle School Invitational, July 13-14, at Maple Zone Sports Institute’s new outdoor complex in Aston. The event is for boys’ teams in the 2020, 2021, 2022 age classes and limited to 10 clubs. The games will be 22 minute running games with 5 minute halftime; each age group playing one game at a time, intimate environment for coaches, athletes, and parents, all games played on synthetic turf fields. Games will be professionally filmed and made available for purchase, five game guarantee. 8th Annual Patriot Games, July 18-19, by Heritage Lacrosse, at three sites in beautiful Bucks County, PA, featuring 22 fields in total. The Patriot Games Lacrosse Showcase is a popular boys’ lacrosse tournament held every July at venues in the heart of beautiful and historic Bucks County, Pennsylvania – a convenient forum at the crossroads of major lacrosse hotbeds, including Maryland, New England, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The event attracts the top club teams looking to test themselves against a diverse field of elite programs from other regions and to punctuate their summer travel season with a grand finale. The event features teams from traditional hotbeds on the East Coast as well as talented contingents from Canada and emerging regions of the country, including California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin and Washington. Past events have also included “Bridge” programs from Baltimore and Philadelphia. The Patriot Games has been selected by NDP Lacrosse as an “Approved Qualifying Event” for the Dick’s Sporting Goods Tournament of Champions, which will take place outside of Tampa in January 2015. Top finishing teams in selected divisions will earn bids to join other top club teams from around the nation to compete in the high profile, national championship event. GUARDIAN National Goalie Championship, July 27-30, Spooky Nook, Manheim (Lancaster) PA. This event will showcase and celebrate the best goalies nation-wide in a National Championship and will measure them based on the unique and patented Goaltender rating and classification system (GRC) for recruiting opportunities. Face-Off Championships
The I-95 Cup , the ultimate challenge to see which AREA of the country has the most talented face-off midfielders. The top 10 players from Philly, New York, New Jersey, and Maryland/Virginia will meet Aug. 16 in Philadelphia’s Maple Zone Sports Institute in Garnet Valley for a 1-day tournament. The Face-Off Academy’s Greg Gurenlian, Chris Mattes, and Jerry Ragonese are constantly traveling the country working with face-off athletes. When they are not on the road, all three have set up training combines where they live. Greg Gurenlian runs a daily face-off combine in New York City, Chris Mattes runs his in Maryland, and Jerry in New Jersey. All three FOA coaches will represent and coach their respective AREAS at the I-95 Cup.
The Philadelphia team will be chosen by Philly Face-Off League co-founders John Bodnar and Mike Dolente. Both highly respected face-off coaches in the area, the Philly Face-Off League is where the most elite face-off midfielders in the Greater Philly area can practice and train together on a weekly basis.
Each area will host a tryout on a specific date.

Fusion Futures year-round development instruction is a program designed by Fusion Lacrosse, for grades 3rd-6th. Futures mimics the Fusion Elite platform, with development and elite instruction at its core. Enrollment is OPEN.
