High School: Conestoga High School

Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Defense

College Choice: Virginia Military Institute

Club Affiliation: NXT Lacrosse Club

Major lacrosse honors: PIAA State Runner-Up 2013

What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose VMI? “I chose VMI because of the amazing academic reputation, in addition to the leadership training. I also chose VMI for the potential opportunity to serve my Country. Coach (Brian) Anken and Coach (Curtis) Jaques really made me feel at home while I was on post. The players made me feel like I was a part of the VMI lacrosse family.”

Outlook for your High School team? “We hope to make another run at the State Championship this year.”

Additional Comments: “I want to thank my Mom and Dad for believing in me and never giving up on my dream to be a Division I athlete. I want to thank my brother and sister for putting up with the countless car rides to all the tournaments.

“I want to thank all of my youth coaches that have ever coached me, especially John Hildebrand. I want to thank my club coaches Hayes, Kupp, Manney, Avato, Decklebaum and Danenza. I want to thank my High School coaches Samson, Gratton, Bush, Long, Davis, and Hein.”
