Central Bucks South senior midfielder/face-off specialist Anthony Paone has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Widener University.
Anthony Paone log:

High school: Central Bucks High School South
Graduation year: 2014
Position: Midfield/Face-off
College choice: Widener University
Club affiliation: Bucks Select, HEADstrong
Major lacrosse honors: Under Armour All-American top 80, 3-year Varsity starter
What will you major in/study: Undecided
Why did you choose school: “Choosing Widener was an easy decision after visiting the campus and getting to know Coach (Brendan) Dawson. He cares a lot about the team and makes sure everyone is working hard all the time. Widener is also a great fit for me academically because it has such a large variety of majors.”
Outlook for your high school team: “Our team is coming off of our best season with a 14-6 record. Although we lost a lot of seniors, we’re expecting to pick up where we left off and continue to improve. We have the potential to win the Suburban One this year.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my family and friends for supporting me and helping me make this decision. I’d also like to thank my high school and club coaches for everything they’ve done for me over the past few years.”
