Why did you choose the school? “I chose UMBC because I felt like it was best for me both academically and athletically. I feel like I really connected and felt comfortable around both the players and coaches on my overnight. Also, Coach (Don) Zimmerman, Coach (Ed) Stephenson, and Coach (Andy) Gallagher helped me throughout my recruiting process and make it a lot easier on me and my family.”

What are your thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “We lost eight seniors, but return a lot of talent on both sides of the field. We Hope to win our division and hopefully make it deeper into playoffs this year.”

Other comments: “I’d like to thank my parents, family, and my friends that helped me throughout the whole recruiting process.”

“I would also like to thank my high school coaches, (Tom) Mayne, (Wade) Noonan, and (Justin) Eitel, for teaching me how to become a stronger player throughout the years; also, my teammates for pushing me every day to be who I am today.
Also I would like to thank the coaches at Blue Mountain, (Doug) Bailey, (Trey) Keeley, and (Dave) Ondrusek, for helping me throughout the whole recruiting process and helping me advance my knowledge on the sport.

“I would also like to thank my HEADstrong coaches, (Brian) Neary, (John) McSorley, and (Brian) Hill, for helping me through my whole recruiting process; and my teammates for giving me a great summer.

“Lastly, I would like to thank the coaches at UMBC for giving the chance to play at the highest collegiate lacrosse level and making me feel like home when I was on the campus.”
