Why did you choose Wagner? “I thought Wagner was a great fit for me on and off the field. I couldn’t ask for a better coaching staff after all Coach (Matt) Poskay still plays in the MLL. The coaches and current players were extremely welcoming. With NYC across the river and being able to have family continue to watch me play was a big plus.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Gearing up for the 2013 season, we have a group of seniors determined to finish our high school careers with another ring. We have great depth on the team. We see ourselves as a family, almost all of the seniors have been playing together since 3rd grade. Along with the help of underclassmen our goal is tangible.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my family, if it wasn’t for their support this process would have been close to impossible. My parents have been huge supporters by rarely missing a game and moulding me into the young man that I am.
“Thank you to Coaches Ladelfa and Walker, you were there to teach me the fundamentals and love for the game in my youth years. My high school coaches Baron Wallenhurst, Jared Nutter, and Brian Wright for their continued support.
“Finally, my Coaches from Dukes LC. Ebe Helm, Jason Christmas, and Mike Mackrides for believing in me and for giving me such a great opportunity.”
