Clinics

Elite Training Middle School/High School Specific Strength, Conditioning and S.A.Q. Training Camp for boys’ and girls’ lacrosse players at its Bryn Mawr site at 4 N. Warner Ave. from Dec. 10-Jan. 27. The Camps will address the unique needs of lacrosse players, such as footwork, hand speed, explosive power, muscular strength, anaerobic endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, core training, speed/agility and injury prevention. The camps meet every Thursday from 4-5pm (Middle School Athlete) 5-6pm (High School Athlete) and Saturday from 2-3pm (Both). Cost: $205 Per Athlete

Crossefire Instructional Clinics for girls in Grades 4 through 12 in January and Februay at Episcopal Academy and CAT-Pickering in Phoenixville. All girls are eligible, regardless of experience. Seasoned high school athletes are challenged to meet the expectations of high level varsity and collegiate play. Sites and Schedules are as follows:

Greg Cattrano’s Lacrosse Co-Ed Goalie Clinic, Sunday, January 13, 2013, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Shipley Upper School Yarnall Gym, Montgomery Ave., Bryn Mawr, PA. Click here to register. 2013 Girls Lacrosse Holiday Clinics, Monday, January 21, 2013-MLK DAY, Monday, February 18, 2013-Presidents Day. Time: 9am-3pm-2, 3-hour sessions
Ages: Session 1-Elementary and Middle School-9am-12pm; Session 2-High School 12pm-3pm
These specialized clinic programs will feature specific skill development and game instruction in order to prepare players for the upcoming lacrosse season.

Summer Tournaments

The Philly LXF, July 21, 2012, at two sites in Philadelphia, U9-U15 teams from Philadelphia city and suburban and the surrounding region. Everyone is guaranteed three games and organizations sending more than one team will be eligible for the Team Cup Challenge. Price is $750 for early-bird registration.
