Moran has been a Varsity athlete since her freshman year of high school in both lacrosse and soccer for Agnes Irwin. She competed in the Vail Shootout and was chosen to represent Pennsylvania in the All-American Showcase in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Moran plays attack and midfield for AIS and her club team, PA Express, which she has played on since 2004.

“After visiting at least 30 schools and universities, I kept returning to Rollins College. I feel as though Rollins offers great opportunity athletically and academically,” said Moran. “Head Coach, Dennis Short, and Assistant Coach, Tom Kienle could not have been more supportive and helpful throughout my recruiting process. I look forward to becoming a Tar, and a member of the lacrosse family in the future.”

“We are very grateful for everything Agnes Irwin has done to prepare Eliza for her college career,” said father, Ranney Moran. “We are extremely proud of her hard work and we look forward to watching Elizas continued success on and off the field at Rollins College.”

Moran served as captain and manager of Agnes Irwin Varsity soccer team in the fall season. She was selected by her classmates to Senior Prom Committee and currently is a senior biology lab tutor.
