Four Philly players – two men and two women – have been named to the Lacrosse Magazine’s lists of “Impact 15” in this month’s magazine.

The men include Drexel long stick midfielder Miles Thomas (Conestoga) – the Phillylacrosse.com Co-Player of the Year – and Delaware attackman Connor Frisina (Conestoga). The women are Penn State midfielder-defender Allyson Heavens (Garnet Valley) – another Phillylacrosse.com Co-Player of the Year – and Notre Dame midfielder Stephanie Toy (Moorestown), the South Jersey Player of the Year as chosen by Phillylacrosse.com.

Thomas and Frisina helped lead Conestoga to its third straight state championship and a national ranking. Frisina was a High Honorable Mention All-Phillylacrosse.com selection. Thomas had over 100 groundballs and Frisina had 41 goals and 35 assists.

Heavens (66 goals, 53 assists) helped lead Garnet Valley to its second straight state crown, while Toy (87 goals, 61 assists) helped Moorestown to a perfect 26-0 season, capped by the New Jersey Tournament of Champions title.
