NXTsports (www.iamnxt.com), a Philadelphia-based lacrosse education and event management company, seeks to fill the position of Director, NXTevents.
The Director of NXTevents is a senior-level position within NXTsports. The Director, NXTevents shall oversee all aspects of NXTsports expanding group of national lacrosse club tournaments and elite recruiting events.
Specific duties shall include overseeing event marketing and outreach, working with sponsors, managing relationships with host venues, handling on-site management of events, and directing event staff. The position shall report directly to the NXTsports senior leadership team.

To be considered applicants must possess strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, a background in management, a willingness to travel, the versatility to assist in other areas of the company including business development and strategic planning, and an entrepreneurial drive. Some background in lacrosse is required.
