The Philadelphia Freedom Lacrosse Club had a banner weekend at USTC in Downingtown, PA while participating in the Lacrosse Evolution sponsored NALC tournament.

Freedom’s 2016, 2017 and 2019 teams all captured tournament titles in their respective age brackets over the two day tournament.
The 2016 team won all five games over the weekend beating Quake, NJ 6-3 in the Championship game. This was the 2016s second summer tournament title after winning the Bucknell University Bison Brawl on the 4th of July. The team is coached by Bob Miller, Alan Butcher, Charlie Rafferty.
The 2017s went 4-1 on the weekend and avenged their only loss with a big win in the finals 5-1 over Braveheart, NJ. For the summer Freedom 2017, went 15-5 making the finals in two tournaments and semi-finals in another. The team is made up of players from Collegeville, Lionville, Hempfield, West Bradford, Wilson, Coventry, and West Chester. The 2017 team is coached by Kevin Goforth, Burke McFillin and Eric Gartner.

The 2019s continued to dominate this summer winning the NALC Tournament in convincing fashion in the U11 Division going undefeated 5-0 in the two day event. They knocked off Braveheart, NJ 12-1 in the finals. This is the team’s 2nd Championship for the summer and ended up with an overall record of 17-1 over 4 tournaments. The team is made up of players from Collegeville, Lionville, Lampeter-Strasburg, Spring-Ford, Coventry, Pottsgrove, and Boyertown. The 2019 team is coached by Kevin Goforth, Collin Hamilton, Charlie Rafferty and Kyle Marks.
