The Bucks Select boys’ 2018 team continued its strong summer with undefeated championship runs in the Bay Bridge Brawl and Bryant Bulldog Classic.

Bucks Select champions include: Front Row L-R: Joe Rockovich, Brand Billingsley, Hunter Jaronski, Ben Abraham, Michael McClaren, Brendan Dulin, Jacob Manion, Cody Ventresca
Middle Row L-R- Danial Jordon, Connor O’Neil, Josh Graham, David Closterman, Scott Keck, Tyler Tracey, Andrew Santacecilia, Max Pinado, John Galow, Jack Earley, Jeremy Powers
Back Row L-R – Dave Closterman, Steve Pinado, Stan Rockovich, John Graham, Brant Billingsley

Bucks Se;ect is now 11-1 in tournament play this Summer as it heads to the Jersey Shootout this weekend where it will once again compete in the 6th grade elite division.

The team’s success is the result of balanced contributions from all players. Every offensive player has contributed with multiple goals or assists.

Point leaders on the team are Joe Rockovich (CBAA), David Closterman (CBAA), Brant Billingsley (CBAA), Josh Graham (CBAA), and Max Pinado (CBAA). Strong face-off play by Michael McClaren (Warrington), Brendan Dulin (Warrington) as well as Closterman and Pinado have led to huge advantages in time of possession.

Daniel Jordon (CBAA) and Jack Earley (Council Rock) have both been outstanding at LSM and lead the team in ground balls. The defense has been stifling, resulting in very few goals against, and is led by goalie Ben Abraham (Lower Bucks) and defensemen Hunter Jaronski (CBAA) and Andrew Santacecilia (CBAA).

“We are all extremely proud of this team that has come together from five different SEPYLA programs to dominate play up and down the east coast. They play sound fundamental lacrosse and truly work together as a team,” saidHead Coach Steve Pinado.
