National Letter of Intent signing: Council Rock North’s Magley inks with Boston College, Doyle commits to Navy

Council Rock North senior midfielders Kara Magley and Molly Doyle finalized their Division I college lacrosse commitments last week during a special ceremony.

Magley has signed a National Letter of Intent to play at Boston College and Doyle has committed to attend the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, Md.

Magley was named Suburban One National Conference Player of the Year in 2011 when she led the Indians (15-5) to the league title and a berth in the District 1 quarterfinals.

Magley also was named All-Phillylacrosse.com High Honorable Mention and finished the year with 82 goals and 34 assists.

Doyle, who earned Third Team Suburban One honors as a sophomore, was forced to sit out the 2011 season due to a knee injury.
