Six senior members of the St. Augustine Prep (N.J.) boys’ lacrosse team have signed National Letters of Intent to play Division I lacrosse.

Six St. Augustine Prep (NJ) senior signees: From Left – Joe Gigantiello (Goalie / Denver), Steve Pontrello (Midfield / UNC), Tommy O’Neill (Midfield / Penn State), Bill McMenamin (F/O Midfielder / Wagner), Pat McMenamin (Attack / Wagner), Bryan Phillips (Defense / Drexel)

Joe Gigantiello (goalie/Denver), Steve Pontrello (midfield/North Carolina), Tommy O’Neill (midfield/Penn State), Bill McMenamin (FO-midfield/Wagner), Pat McMenamin (Attack/Wagner), and Bryan Phillips (defense/Drexel) are headed to Division I colleges.

They were members of a Hermits team that went 17-5 and reached the finals of the New Jersey Private School Class A tournament.
