Donny Finn log:

Donny Finn

High school:
Christian Brothers Academy (NJ)

Graduation year:
2012

Position:
Attack

College choice:
Saint Joseph’s University

Club affiliation: United Lacrosse

Major lacrosse honors:
Four-Year Varsity starter for tam that went 12-4 in 2011; Currently 4th All Time leading scorer with 179 points; Selected for All Star Team at Top 205 Camp; Monmouth/Ocean County All Star; Asbury Park Press All Shore Selection; Team Captain.

What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose school?
“I loved everything about Saint Joseph’s. They have a great Business School. They have a beautiful campus with great athletic facilities. Coach (Taylor) Wray and assistant Coaches Dan and Mike Keating are very enthusiastic and demand a very hard work ethic from us, which is the type of environment I like.”

Outlook for your high school team: “It will be hard to tell until we start practices in the spring. Offensively we should be stronger but we lost every starting defensemen and goalie.”

Additional comments: “I would like to thank my Dad and Mom for all their sacrifices. I would also like to thank Steve Carcaterra and Ric Beardsley of United Lacrosse for everything they’ve done for me and also Coach (Dave) Santos from CBA.”
