Tuesday’s boys’ high school roundup: Ridley remains undefeated; Interboro, Radnor cruise

Eric Streicher had two goals and an assist and Kevin Garling had a goal and four assists while Kelton Heverly scored two goals as visiting Ridley downed Wissahickon, 8-5, today in non-league boys’ lacrosse.

The Green Raiders, ranked No. 8 in the PIAA in the PA Media Rankings and No. 10 by Phillylacrosse.com, improved to 8-0.

Brooks Melvin scored two goals for the Trojans (2-6), while AJ Andersen and Tyler Crothers each had a goal and an assist and Peter Carrozza made nine saves.

Interboro 15, Upper Darby 3

Jake Hermann pumped in eight goals and David Hearn added three to lift the Bucs (4-2) to the non-league win.

Radnor 14, Neshaminy 1

Jeff Puckette had three goals and two assists and Rob Dewey added two goals and two assists to lead the Red Raiders to the non-league win.

Charlie Rubin added two goals and an assist for Radnor and Peter Donato scored twice while Mike Barnes (8 of 9) and Jake Shapiro (9 of 10) won 17 of 19 face-offs.
