Sara Watro poured in five goals and Anna Maria Warrington added four strikes to lead Methacton to a 19-2 Pioneer Athletic Conference girls lacrosse romp over Pope John Paul II Friday afternoon.

The Warriors (6-1 overall) remained perfect in five PAC-10 starts while PJP fell to 0-5.

Boyertown 15, Phoenixville 0

The seven-time defending PAC-10 champions bolted out to a 12-0 lead by intermission and never looked back in routing the Phantoms. Kelly Furman’s hat trick sparked a balanced effort that saw 10 Bears (6-0 Liberty, 6-3 overall) find the back of the net.

Karen Hayde came up with 14 saves for Phoenixville (3-3 Frontier, 3-5 overall).

Owen J. Roberts 18, Pottsgrove 4

The Wildcats (2-5 Liberty, 2-7) rode Devin Hassinger’s six goals and Emily Kolsevich’s four strikes to the easy PAC-10 triumph over the Falcons. OJR also got two goals apiece from Madison Bedell, Kelsey Dielman, Devan Davis and Whitney Wilkinson.

Pottsgrove (1-4 Frontier, 2-5) was led by Rachelle Mewshaw’s two goals and single tallies from Cirri Watson and Rebecca Dolenti.

Upper Perkiomen 12, Perkiomen Valley 6

The Indians moved to .500 at 4-4 as Leah High produced a hat trick, countering three goals from Alexa Webb of Perkiomen Valley (1-5 Liberty, 2-6).

Spring-Ford 12, Springfield-Montco 11

The Rams (6-3 overall, 4-2 Liberty) scored the non-league decision behind hat tricks from Maddie Ward and Leanne Shaw.

Libby Field poured in six goals for the Spartans and Anna Studenmund added three more.

Henderson 20, Pottstown 7

Katelyn Fay pumped in eight goals and Kalie O’Donnell added six goals and two assists to help the Warriors deal the Trojans a non-league defeat.

Milan White found the range for five goals and Morgan Wambold delivered 14 saves for Pottstown (4-6).
