Tickets for the “Dan Carr Benefit” Friday are now sold out, but donations are being accepted to help defray medical costs for the popular Philadelphia lacrosse supporter.

Carr is receiving treatments for glio blastoma (brain cancer). Although all tickets are sold out for the benefit being held in Philadelphia, those who wish to help can go to a new website, www.dancarrfund.com, to make donations online.

Carr’s sons are Dan (sophomore goalie at Lehigh) and Shane (junior attackman at Penn Charter).

The Carr family wished to thank the lacrosse community for its support.
