Mac Gallagher notched three goals and three assists, Julius Mouser added three goals and two assists and Mike Litner had two goals and three assists to pace host Shipley to a 14-0 non-league win over Valley Forge Tuesday in a boys’ lacrosse opener.
Matt Gagnier added three goals while Tyler Walsh, EJ Whyte and Drew Schwartz added one goal each for Shipley.
Sophomore goalie Ian McGibbon picked up a shutout in his first start as a varsity goalie with 7 saves. Freshman goalie Christian Whyte also saw time in the net for the Gators and tallied one save.
The Gators will leave on Friday and travel to Wilmington Beach, N.C., where they will play Wilmington Ashley HS, before heading to Hilton Head for two more games against Hilton Head HS, S.C., and Bluffton HS.
