Emelie Curtis, a Duquesne lacrosse captain from Pennsbury High, is running a Preseason Skill Building Workshop for girls on Jan. 22 through Vantage Sports.
This session is for intermediate/advanced players who are looking to sharpen up their skills heading into the spring season. Curtis, who was featured on the front of the New York Times a year ago (see Phillylacrosse.com article here) when the NCAA passed Name/Image/Likeness training opportunities, will do an intensive session on stick work and shooting to elevate each girl’s level of play heading into the start of team practices and competition.
