Registration for boys and girls NXT 2022-2023 Winter Training is now open. From a kid picking up a stick for the first time, to the elite high school player looking to get ready for college lacrosse, NXT has you covered this winter. Check out the full camp schedule below.
Play Fast Camp is NXT’s fundamental-level four-session camp for boys and girls ages 7-14 who want to tune up their skills and elevate their game. For players of all levels and positions, including goalie, the carefully designed Play Fast curriculum skips the lines and puts players through fast-paced, high-energy drills. The 8-to-1 player-to-coach ratio keeps things moving. In the morning players work on individual skill development and team concepts, with the afternoon dedicated to team bonding, splash games, speed lacrosse, trashcan, and scrimmages.
Training sessions are held on Saturday mornings.
NLA and NLA Futures is an intense small-group training session for the advanced youth and middle schooll player. The focus of the winter NLA training sessions is one-on-one instruction for players who want to focus on skill development. Current Division I, II, and III college coaches and players will lead each session alongside NXT coaches to help demo, train, and develop the next generation. NLA Futures are for athletes in the 2027-2029 grad years, and NLA is for players in the 2023-2027 grad years.
Goalies: NXT Goalie Academy training is a program that coincides with NXT Lacrosse Academy. This is for goalies looking to take their game to the next level!
Training sessions are held on Saturdays.
