Looking for local youth lacrosse training and pick-up games in the Fall? We Rise and Ascent Athlete have partnered to bring elite lacrosse training to the Garnet Valley area.

Competition and tournaments can only take lacrosse players so far. Here we combine age-appropriate development on the field with speed, agility, strength, nutrition, and mindset training. Athletes will truly be able to maximize their potential in a fun and supportive environment led by coaches with high-level experience.

There are 3 weekly lacrosse trainings available that will all feature work with top-class Certified Professional Trainers from Ascent Athlete along with long-time local coaches and players.

Trainings – for boys aged 7 to 13 – at Ascent Athlete (located at 451 Conchester Hwy, Garnet Valley, PA 19060) are available the following days and times (pick what fits your schedule the best):

Mondays 5-6 p.m. @ Ascent Athlete
Tuesdays 6-7 p.m. @ Ascent Athlete
Thursdays 7:15-8:15 p.m. @ Ascent Athlete

The staff includes former Garnet Valley All-American Jacob Buttermore (Syracuse, ’22) along with other Delco alums from High Point, Penn State, Towson, Syracuse, Notre Dame, Mount St. Mary’s, Cabrini and more. Current HS players from Garnet Valley and Haverford School are also among the staff this Fall.
