The following Blue Ox training programs are being offered for girls at the high school and middle school ages for Winter, 2022 at Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn.

Womens High School Sharp Shooting and Dynamic Dodging Training | Winter 2022
The Blue Ox Lacrosse dodging and shooting program will push an athlete to develop and perfect five key components to being a dynamic offensive player. Each component listed below will be covered throughout our six (6) week course on dynamic individual offensive play.

Dates: Wednesdays
January: 5, 12, 19, 26
February: 2, 9
Time: 7:15-8:30 pm
