The final week of games for the Arrowhead Summer League.

Viking Hawks 7, Truman 1

The Viking Hawks (3-3) played strong the entire way, controlling both sides of the ball. They were led by senior goalie Will Slaman (CR South) on the defensive side, while a balanced attack led the offense.

The score could have been much worse if not for the play of Truman (0-6) sophomore goalie Tommy Bryson (6 saves).

Pennsbury 8, Purple Cobras 1

Pennsbury (4-2) went up 6-0 going into the half, led by junior goalie John Vereb (8 saves) and senior Will Taylor (4 g, 4gb).

The Purple Cobras (2-4) fought back in the second half led by senior Josh Razler (Holy Ghost Prep) with the lone goal.

Championship Game:

Philly Phresh 3, CR North 2

In an incredibly tight defensive game, Philly Phresh (6-0) was able to hold off a gritty CR North team (4-2) to go undefeated and win the 2022 Arrowhead Summer Lacrosse League Championship. Philly Phresh went from worst to first in only two summers. The Phresh (a mix team of Father Judge, Archbishop Ryan, & Conwell Egan) was led by senior goalie & two-time summer league all-star Gavin Ammlung (Father Judge) making 9 saves as well as senior Marquan Gayle (Father Judge), who helped to control the flow of the game by dominating at the face off x.
