Are you and your team ready for the 2023 season? Looking to be trained by professional coaches to help prep you for the 2023 season? No better way to do so than at the Friday Night Lights High School Winter Box Training and League.
Powered by Performance Academy’s professional coaching staff, this twelve-week program is designed to prepare you and your teammates for the start of the 2023 season. Each week teams will rotate to have a 60-minute-high intensity pro style practice, or 45-minute team game preparation practice followed by a 45-minute game. The season will end with the top two teams battling it out for a Championship Trophy!
This eight team training league is made up of Harriton, Lower Merion, The Hill School, Freedom LC, Rustin and Spring-Ford HS. The two remaining teams are made up of individual players who are looking to get solid offseason training in. Team Sweetness is made up of players from EA, Radnor and Garnet Valley. Team Swerve makes up the final spot and has extremely limited space available. Please register here to reserve your place on Team Swerve. Spots will not be held and registration is on a first-come-first-serve-basis.
Dates– Fridays, December 2nd, 2022, through March 3rd, 2023 (No games/training December 23 & 30)
Practice & Gametimes– 5:30-9:30pm
Training Highlights – No better way to get your fitness, stick and team chemistry dialed in for the 2023 season.Be a more efficient shooter, improve your dodging, footwork, communication, vision, defensive approaches, and angles. Understand how to set and defend pics as well as make quick decisions in tight spots, and much more. All in a safe and controlled environment.
Fee $300 per participant (Includes professional coaching, reversible and 16.5 hours of preseason lacrosse training/games)
